Established in 1969, Aerofoam Manufacturing (1969) Sdn. Bhd. is one of the leading manufacturers of bedding products based in Malaysia, and also one of the pioneers in the industry. The company currently consists of 220 dedicated, committed and experienced staff members. Our products include latex mattresses, pillows, cushions, spring mattresses, divans, headboards, as well as other bedding accessories.

As a key latex producer, Aerofoam Manufacturing (1969) Sdn. Bhd. supports the country’s primary natural commodity by using 100% pure Malaysian rubber as its main raw material. We have gone from strength to strength by investing heavily in research and development, which has resulted in the development of efficient manufacturing processes using state of the art machinery.

We take pride in our superior bedding products which have won acclaim and recognition both in Malaysia and overseas. With more than 40 years’ worth of experience, Aerofoam Manufacturing (1969) Sdn. Bhd. has been in the forefront in our pursuit of excellence in manufacturing standards and product quality. We are the only mattress manufacturer in Malaysia that has been awarded the SIRIM certificate, the Malaysian Award for Product Quality (MS679:1999) every consecutive year since 1991, in recognition of our high quality products. Our latex products are also tested and certified by the ECO UmweltInstitute of Germany for fulfilling the stringent quality standards.
